Presence is what it's all about and this book guides and inpires you into the moment. It is a meditation of words and concepts articulated by a contemprary modern true spiritual master.

When reading it I just could not put the book down it was like I was in a pleasant trance or meditation. It was like your higher self talking to you and therefore everything resonated with you.
There was really no new teaching presented here, no knowledge to digest or complex method to learn,
there was only Eckhart Tolle's inspiring word's that cut through all  lllusion that hide and obscure the present moment.
